On Sunday, the opening ceremony will take place in the Clyde Auditorium located within the Congress Centre, The Scottish Event Campus. This will be held from 18h30 until 19h30. Following the Opening Ceremony guests will be invited to make their way to the Glasgow Science Centre for the civic reception. This will run from 20h00 until 21h00. Please note that dinner will not be served during the reception, however light canapes and a welcome drink will be provided. This is an open event to all registered delegates. Please however make sure you have registered and have your name badge to gain entrance into the venue.
The Gala Dinner will be held at the Kelvingrove Art Gallery and Museum on Wednesday 3 August. This is a ticketed event and guests will need to make their own way to the venue which is located 1 mile (approximately at 20 min walk) from the Congress Centre. The address for Kelvingrove is Argyle Street, Glasgow, G3 8AG. Please note this is a ticketed events and tickets would have had to have been purchased before the event. Please note, no children under the age of 18 will be permitted.
