Full Congress registration:

Concession rates:

This rate is open to the following groups:

• Early Career Scientists - full time students or those within the first five years following graduation
• Registrants from World Bank classified Low Income Countries

All Concession applicants will need to provide proof of status to be eligible for the reduced rate.

Under 18’s

All attendees will require a badge to enter the Congress and children who will be attending with their parent or guardian must be registered online and in advance of the event. Children under the age of 18 will be able to enter the exhibition area free of charge and entry to the scientific programme for those aged 12 and over, will be charged at the concessionary rate. Parents with children under the age of 12 will be able to bring their children into the scientific programme free of charge.

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied at all times and their parent or guardian will be responsible for them at all times. The behaviour of children will be their parents’ responsibility at all times. Parents and their children may be asked to leave sessions or the exhibition hall if their behaviour is distracting other delegates.

No childcare facilities are available at the SEC.

The World Congress of Soil Science 2022 has a clear Safeguarding Policy.

1 Day Registration rates:

The day delegate rate will only give you access to the congress on the date specified during your registration.

Online Only

The online only access will give you access to the Plenary and Interdivisional sessions only. These will be live streamed from the congress. You will also be able to view all the Posters accepted for the Congress through the online portal and engage with delegates through our Meeting Hub facility.

Gala Dinner Ticket: £ 90.00

The ticket cost will include a welcome drink on arrival to the venue, a 3 course Scottish dinner, evening entertainment and 1/2 bottle of wine with dinner.
